English Apple is a reliable agency based in the U.S. that recruits qualified English teachers with U.S citizenship to teach in South Korea. We currently have offices in Los Angeles, Boston and Seoul Korea.
We conduct diligent background checks plus ample interviews with the applicants to find out their passion, integrity and ability. We also check on the candidates' credential and criminal history to determine their legitimacy. Most importantly, we maintain close relationship with the candidates to assess communication skill and level of commitment to teaching. Any sign of weakness in the candidate’s character will result in an immediate removal of the candidate’s name from the eligibility list.
We also maintain good working relationship with schools needing native English speaking teachers. We examine terms of contract, working conditions, and living conditions along with professionalism of the staff and integrity of the director. Once all the conditions are met, we negotiate on behalf of the candidate teacher to obtain the best terms of employment. This process will give the candidates the best possible choice of schools available.
