There has been rush of changes within Korean Immmigrations regarding the E-2 Visa process, especially with the background check report. Following are the latest information we received.

 

. They are now only accepting statewide (without finger prints) or FBI background check (with finger prints)

 

. Any misdemeanor charges, including Driving Under Influence, will cause rejection of your E-2 application.

 

. Any prior use of narcotics, including marijuna will result in rejection of your E-2 applicaiton
